Requirements

This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are graduating high school seniors and first-year college students attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be the children or grandchildren of VFW or VFW Auxiliary members in the state who are in good standing or who were current on their dues at the time of their death.

Awards are presented on a firstcome, first-served basis.
