The Frank P. Chinigo Scholarship recognizes students from the 42 approved towns in Eastern Connecticut. Students enrolled at the University of Connecticut College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CAHNR) are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to lower-income students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
