The Frank W. Hill Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to shareholders of Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC) who are currently working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in education at a college in any state. Juniors, seniors, or advanced degree candidates who meet the criteria are awarded based on their Higher Education Scholarship Application.
