The Franklin County Ed-U-K8or Scholarship supports graduating seniors and current college students whose parent or parents are employed by Franklin County Public Schools in Virginia. Students who have financial need are welcome to apply, particularly graduating seniors from Franklin County High School in Rocky Mount, Virginia, and students with the highest need and highest merit.
