The Franks Foundation Scholarship supports Oregon residents from eligible counties as they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying nursing or theology who plan to enroll full-time at an Oregon public college or university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students from counties in the following order: Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Grant, Harney, Klamath, or Lake County, Oregon.
