Fred Hoey Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to student members of the Percussive Arts Society (PAS).

Requirements
  • This program is open to PAS subscribers at the VIP Pass level or higher who are entering their freshman year in the music school at an accredited college or university.
  • Selection is based on a video, up to 10 minutes in length, of percussion performance.
  • The video should demonstrate the student's ability to play at least 2 different percussion instruments.
