The Fred, Miriam, Bob and Fritz Briscoe Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and undergraduate students who are residents of Kent or Ottawa counties in Michigan and are attending or planning to attend Central Michigan University, Michigan State University, Northern Michigan University, or Muskegon Community College. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
