The Freddy Fayal Scholarship supports graduating seniors at Stonington High School in Pawcatuck, Connecticut and Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School in Groton, Connecticut. Special consideration is given to students attending a trade school and to lower-income students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
