The FSU Black Alumni - In Honor of Maxwell Courtney Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Florida State University. Students entering from high schools in designated counties having completed an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma are encouraged to apply. Black or African American students receive special consideration.
