The FSU-NYC September 11 Scholarship is open to students at Florida State University. Students are encouraged to apply if they are a direct descendant of a first responder who was killed in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York City on September 11, 2001, who worked at the site of the attack, a relative of a victim of that attack, or a student who has been affected by the attack.
