The Full Circle Scholarship recognizes American Indian and Alaska Native students who are seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree as a full-time student. Students registered as an enrolled member of a federal or state-recognized tribe or a descendant of a grandparent or parent who is an enrolled member are eligible to apply.
