The Fulmer Trombone and Musicians Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who attend a high school participating in the Central Oklahoma High School Counselor Network. Students planning to attend a 4-year school and participate in band or orchestra are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to trombone players.
