The GAC Contractors Endowed Scholarship is open to undergraduates at the Panama City campus of Florida State University. Students in the Civil and Environmental Engineering program are encouraged to apply. Residents of Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty, and Washington counties of Florida receive special consideration.
