The Gail and Hilda Oster Scholarship is open to residents of Van Buren County, Michigan who are graduating high school seniors or graduates of a high school in the county. Students attending or planning to attend Western Michigan University or the University of Michigan to study education, mathematics or science, or enrolled at Veterinary Technologist or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine programs at Michigan State University; or WMU Homer Stryker School of Medicine are welcome to apply.
