The Gail and Hilda Oster Scholarship is open to residents of Van Buren County, Michigan who are graduating high school seniors or graduates of a high school in the county. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, science, veterinary technologist or enrolled in a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program are welcome to apply.
