About the Scholarship

The Ganelle Hargrove Cook Scholarship is available to students or graduates from Staunton, Waynesboro, or Augusta County, Virginia who demonstrate a balance of academic excellence and strong personal character. The award supports those pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in the U.S. Candidates must exhibit financial need and exemplify core values of respect, honesty, and responsibility through their academic efforts and community service. Special consideration is given to students of Hispanic/Latino heritage.
