Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of eastern Missouri and southern Illinois who have a bleeding disorder.
  • Applicants must be high school seniors, high school graduates, GED recipients, or postsecondary students who are enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited vocational/technical school, college, university, or graduate school.
  • Selection is based on that essay, potential to succeed, academic achievement, leadership, participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, educational and career goals, how having a bleeding disorder has affected personal and family circumstances, and references.
