The Gayle Francis Dare to Dream Network Technology Scholarship program supports students entering or attending the Tarrant County College Northeast Campus. Applicants should be seeking an associate degree in information technology, network support, or cybersecurity. Students seeking a professional certification in information technology support, cybersecurity specialist, ethical hacking, or convergence technology are also welcome to apply. Those with prior work or military experience receive special consideration.
