Requirements

This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are either 1) graduating high school seniors planning to attend a college in any state within a year after graduation, or 2) adults who have been out of high school for at least 1 year and plan to return to a college in any state.

Applicants must be planning to prepare for a career in the health field.

Selection is based on that essay, GPA, a list of extracurricular and community activities, and financial need.
