The George A. and Catherine V. Quill Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Beacon, John Jay, Roy C. Ketcham, or Poughkeepsie high schools, or Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, New York. Students with the ability to succeed in college, but who are not necessarily the highest achievers are encouraged to apply.
