The George A. Russill Community Fund Scholarship supports Oregon residents who enroll for the fall term/semester as a sophomore at a community college, or as a junior or senioras they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying urban and community-focused fields are encouraged to apply.

  • Studying urban, community, regional planning, urban education and leadership, community organization and advocacy, public administration, public policy analysis, political science and government, urban studies/affairs, legal studies (undergraduate), or public/applied history
  • Attending school in Oregon
