George E. Allen Academic Scholarship recognizes and rewards students in colleges in any state who submit outstanding videos on the dangers of distracted driving.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of any state currently enrolled at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade/technical school.
  • Applicants must submit a video, from 2 to 3 minutes in length, on how to be a safe driver in a world of technology and instant communication.
  • They must also include a copy of their most recent transcript and an autobiography of 100 to 200 words.
