The George Edgecomb Bar Association Technical College Scholarship provides financial assistance to Black high school seniors in Hillsborough County, Florida, planning to attend Aparicio Levy Technical, Brewster Technical Center, Erwin Technical Center, or Hillsborough Community College.   • Completed a minimum of 25 community service hours
