The George Hiʻilani Mills Scholarship is awarded to full-time graduate students pursuing professional studies in medicine or an allied health field. Students who can demonstrate familiarity with the values and traditions of the Hawaiian Civic Club movement are encouraged to apply, although residence in Hawaii is not required. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
