Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Arizona, Arkansas, southern California, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and the United Mexican States.
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or current undergraduates; citizens of the United States, Mexico, or Canada; and enrolled or planning to enroll in a baccalaureate degree program at a college or university in their country.
  • Selection is based on merit, but consideration is also given to financial need.
  • Additional consideration is given to students preparing for a career in a transportationrelated field.
