  • Demonstrate financial need Employees and dependents of employees of the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, Board of Trustees of the foundation, and members of the Advisory Committee of the Chelsea Community Foundation, dependent/employee of Chelsea High School are ineligible for this scholarship.
