Requirements

This program is open to minority residents of the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or undergraduates currently enrolled fulltime at a college or university in any state and working on a bachelor's degree in engineering.

They must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
