The George “Scooter” Finch & R.V. Henley Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors attending El Dorado High School in El Dorado, Arkansas. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. This scholarship award will alternate each year between an undergraduate, education degree seeking student, and a vocational student.
