Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the greater Austin area of Texas and planning to enroll at a college, university, or community college in any state.
  • Applicants must have participated in the Navy JROTC, Marine Corps JROTC, or Naval Sea Cadet program at their high school.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
