The George Tillquist Engineering Scholarship is offered to Ventura, California residents who are current college sophomores or students transferring from a California community college to a 4-year California college or university. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants studying in chemical engineering.

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students studying in chemical engineering.
