The George W. Jenkins Scholarship is awarded to first-time college freshmen who are legal residents of Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Virginia and plan to attend Florida Southern College. Students who demonstrate financial need, a strong work ethic, academic excellence, and the ability to overcome adversity are encouraged to apply.
