Requirements
  • This program is open to law enforcement officers and law enforcement telecommunicators in Kentucky (current, retired, or disabled) and to their survivors and dependents.
  • Special consideration is given to spouses and dependent children of deceased officers or telecommunicators, especially those killed in the line of duty.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or certified vocational/trade school in any state.
  • They may be majoring in any field.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
