The Getlin's Corner Foundation Scholarship is available to the children of enlisted Marines and Navy Corpsmen who served with Marine units, and grandchildren of the enlisted Marines who served with India Company, India Company, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines between 1 January 1967 through 1 April 1967. The scholarship was created to honor the men who sacrificed during Getlin's Corner's battle. Students seeking an associate's or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Child of an enlisted U.S. Marine or Navy Corpsman, who served with a U.S. Marine Corps unit, **or**
  • Grandchild of an enlisted Marine who served with India Company, India Company, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines any time between 1 January 1967 through 1 April 1967 who are registered with the Getlin's Corner Foundation
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
