The Gil and Kay Sparks Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Westside High School in Wenatchee or similar nontraditional schools in Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan counties in Washington. Students who can demonstrate resiliency in response to life experiences are encouraged to apply.
