The Gina L. Barnhart Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to students attending Milton High School in Milton, Pennsylvania. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in elementary education are welcome to apply. Special consideration given to members of cheerleading. If no candidates meet that criteria, then students studying secondary education or whose educational or career goals focus on working with children or community service will be considered.
