The Glencarlyn/Carlin Springs Scholarship is open to residents of Arlington County in Virginia who attended Glencarlyn or Carlin Springs for at least 3 years when in elementary school. Graduating seniors from a high school in the Arlington Public Schools (APS) are welcome to apply.
