The Glenn D. Kirwin Scholarship is offered to third and fourth-year students enrolled at the University of Virginia. Students who demonstrate an interest in athletics, entrepreneurship, and other non-scholastic activities and exhibit leadership, determination, generosity, and wisdom are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to children of victims of the September 11th tragedy.
