The Glenn L. and Edna M. Mott Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Students who have demonstrated respect for students and citizens of the school and community, public and private property, and a desire to achieve excellence by school attendance are encouraged to apply.
