The Gloria McVay Cochran and Richard K. Cochran Scholarship is open to members of the Beta chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Indiana University. Sophomore or junior students seeking a bachelor's degree in psychology, pre-medicine, or other sciences are encouraged to apply. If no qualifying member of the Beta chapter applies, the award is available to Kappa Alpha Theta members from any chapter majoring in those fields. If no other qualifying member applies, the award is available to collegian or alumna members of the Beta chapter seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field. If no Beta chapter member applies, the award is available to any Kappa Alpha Theta member pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
