The Glynn D. Key Memorial Scholarship is offered to out-of-state students with opportunities to fulfill their dreams of attending the University of Virginia. Incoming first-year Black students wishing to pursue a degree and demonstrate academic achievements, leadership skills & citizenship are encouraged to apply.
