The Goering Communication 4-H Scholarship offers financial assistance to members of Iowa 4-H who have completed a 4-H Communication Project. Graduating high school seniors from Iowa who are seeking a bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University, the University of Northern Iowa, or the University of Iowa are welcome to apply.
