The Golden LEAF Scholarship is offered to residents of rural North Carolina who are current high school students or community college transfer students enrolled in a college or university for the fall. Applicants seeking an associate or bachelor's degree and plan to return to a rural North Carolina community upon graduation are welcome to apply.
