The Gordon C. Oates Air Breathing Propulsion Graduate Scholarship is available to graduate student members of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) interested in conducting research on air-breathing propulsion. Applicants are chosen for their strong academic standing. Students who have completed at least one academic semester of full-time college work are encouraged to apply
