The Grabar-Lucas American Legion and James P. Gahagan, Jr. Scholarship is available to students attending Northampton Community College who are residents of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and who graduated from Bethlehem Catholic, Freedom, or Liberty high schools in Pennsylvania. Students who are direct descendants of U.S. Armed Service veterans are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students studying a health-related field.
