The Grace and Norma Joy Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Bristol Central or Bristol Eastern High School in Bristol, Connecticut. Students who are planning to pursue an associate or bachelor's degree at any 2- or 4-year college or university are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their commitment to service in school and community, outstanding character, and potential for success in their chosen field.
