The Grace Brooks and E. Perry Palmer Scholarship (Seminary) is awarded to graduates from the Community Foundation’s 11-county service area. Students enrolled in a post-graduate seminary program at a school approved by the Association of Theological Schools are eligible to apply, with special consideration given to African-American students.

Graduate of a high school from Calhoun, Clarendon, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland, Saluda, and Sumter counties, South Carolina
