Requirements
  • This program is open to women who are graduating from high schools in New York or currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be working on a degree in a constructionrelated field, including architecture, construction management, or engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or structural).
  • Selection is based on that essay, grades, extracurricular activities, employment experience, recommendations, and interest in construction.
  • A personal interview may be required.
