  • Minimum 2.00 GPA
  • Resident of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina
  • Undergraduate student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Planning to attend a vocational/trade school or college should be 21 or younger, while those attending should be 24 or younger.
  • Resident of public housing owned/managed by INLIVIAN (also the Housing Choice Voucher program) and nontraditional student
