The Greystar Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who are dependents of Greystar team members. Students who intend to pursue a degree at a trade school, 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Dependent of a fulltime Greystar team member who has been employed for at least 2 consecutive years
  • Graduating high school senior, high school graduate, GED equivalent, or current college student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Participate in community service activities
  • Demonstrate financial need Dependents of Managing Directors, Senior Managing Directors, and Executive Directors and Officers are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.
