The Greystar Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who are dependents of Greystar team members. Students who intend to pursue a degree at a trade school, 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Dependent of a full-time employee of Greystar who has been employed for a least two current consecutive years
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • High school senior, high school graduate, GED recipient, undergraduate, or graduate student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Participation in community service
  • Demonstrate financial need Dependents of team members who are Managing Directors, Senior Managing Directors, and Executive Directors and Officers are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.
