Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are enrolled at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must demonstrate considerable dedication and involvement in the pork industry by establishment of their own production herd, involvement in their family operation, or interest in pork production or livestock judging.
  • Preference is given to applicants who are beginning pork producers or pursuing an animal science, agricultural production, or closelyrelated major.
  • Selection is based on industry activities, career orientation, and financial need.
