Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors and graduates, undergraduates, and graduate students.
  • Applicants must live in a primary residence where their parents or legal guardians receive electrical service from GCEA. Along with their application, they must submit 2 letters of recommendation, high school or college transcripts, SAT or ACT test scores, a list of high school activities, a list of community activities, a statement of other activities, a 200word essay or 3-minute video on what being part of an electric cooperative means to them, and documentation of financial need.
